Teenager parenting book recommendation

Just came across a great book in the charity shop that I think is going to be a game changer in my relationship with my 11yr old.....Something made me pick it up as I felt us locking horns for no reason at all....the teenage years seem to be racing towards us and I now feel I have the understanding to pull back and feel relief I learnt this stuff early on...thought it might be useful for others...

I've seen this book recommended elsewhere. Luckily haven't had any problems (so far) with my pfb teenager, but have a feeling things aren't going to go as smoothly with the second one! Will order a copy pronto :)
