astrid83
My 3-year old has ASD and although is language is coming along slowly, he is still not that interested in other children . He is at nursery where he is happy but spends most days on his own.:( Our speech therapist has suggested signing him up for a group where he can learn basic social skills - something with a bit of structure. Can anyone recommend anything that might suit? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/118968-groups-for-boy-with-asd/ Share on other sites
edanna
I used to take my kids to Musical Bumps, which is good for learning about turn taking etc. I don't know the teacher who now runs the groups in Dulwich and Forest Hill, but you could drop her a line - usually they are happy for you to come to a trial session for free. http://m.musicalbumps.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.musicalbumps.com%2Fwhen-and-where%2F&dm_redirected=true#2944 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/118968-groups-for-boy-with-asd/#findComment-1036265 Share on other sites
