Petra Nunzi is a Life Coach and Parenting Expert running a FREE parenting meetup at the EDT pub on the first Wednesday of every month. The meetup will be held at the EDT pub on Lordship Lane from 12.30-2 pm and is a place for sharing tips-and-tricks that get you through each transition, with workshops on topics such as: Looking after our own wellbeing, Selfish or Selfless, designing your parenting style, being kind to yourself and many more, how to manage transitions etc.

This is an informal setting with a topic for each month and a focus on peer-support and community. Parenting can be isolating and challenging with so many pitfalls as far as education, career and relationships: this is a place to talk about anything and everything in a constructive way with practical tips to take home after each meetup. I look forward to seeing you there!

First meetup will be on Wednesday 7th of September from 12.30-2 pm at the EDT pub.
