BT Mail problems

Anyone else having problems with BT mail..

I have lost my Primary mail but secondary accounts seem to be working.

ETA seems I can send from Primary but not recieve.

Why on earth not use gmail?

It will import your old emails if you want, and redirect any coming in to the old address, for a few weeks.

I've never had any problems with it at all.

I do use gmail..

I use 6 different emils for various purposes..

Got through to BT Help line eventualy this morning... Could not Help.

Booked a telephone slot for 15.00 - 16.00.

B.T. have not got back to me...

BT Helpline is a complete nightmare! I had the most success with the security option (if you think your account has been compromised...)
