The whole of a spacious and bright 2 bedroom furnished split level first floor Victorian flat in West Dulwich on South Croxted Road is available for ?1,525 per month. The flat has 2 double bedrooms and there is a built in cupboard, and there is a spacious hallway, large living room, bathroom, toilet, dining room and kitchen.

It's a short 5 min walk from West Dulwich station which is well connected (train is fifteen mins to Victoria and blackfriars) and a short bus ride (bus stop is directly outside flat) to Brixton tube. Very close to Tesco Express. No agents fees apply as private letting. A deposit is required. Bills not included. Parking is free on road outside flat. Message me for private viewings.

    • Anyone can deliver for Evri - my daughter having just passed her driving test tried Evri to make some money - they basically give you a route and as many parcels as they think you can cope with - you make money for each one you deliver, so you can imagine - speed is the priority. Why would they wait for you to answer the door when they can just throw it and take a photo? If you have a choice, choose a different courier service or shop elsewhere where they do.
    • Boil - it’s the customer’s fault, not the delivery person’s.
    • A bit of a long shot but I'm on the lookout for a portable pop-up counter or podium.   The kind you often see on a high street, used by charities or utility companies to advertise their wares.   I've included a photo to give you the idea. I'm a peckham-based artist and am looking for one for a free (and non-profit) community art project.  It can be in any workable condition and can already have signage on it as we will remove and redecorate ourselves.    Thanks in advance, Linzie
    • No I absolutely did not - that much is clear. Have you read the latest stories about Unite, Len and the hotel in Birmingham? The UK electorate were smart enough to reject a far-left party in 2019, let's hope they are smart enough to reject a far-right party at the next election too. If not we are all doomed.
