Architect recommendation

Dear all,

I thought I would take the time to recommend my architect Joe who runs KN Designs based in ED. He did a fantastic job with our side return and loft conversion. We did consider design and build type companies but Joe has given us both a unique side return and a very spacious loft conversion. We think the money we spent on architect fees was worth it. We had our house valued and the surveyor who has seen quite few properties on our street with loft conversions remarked on the layout, light and spaciousness of ours which set it above others.

So, not only a great build, but Joe is a nice guy too (I kind of miss our chats about the house!) who helped us find a lovely builder and then managed the builder for us too. He stayed with us all the way through the snagging period which was quite some time.
