Move well, eat well event for mums - exercise and a nutritious lunch!

Recommended Posts

We?re holding an amazing event! We're often asked "what should I be eating?" "I don't have any ideas!" "I feel so stiff and achy, why?" "How can I progress my exercise post pregnancy?". Well here it is...

Move well, eat well is all about teaching new mums how to do those two things after having a baby. Jelly Belly founder Kellie Moore will be giving a post-natal exercise masterclass and then Sam Waterhouse aka Divine & Delicious will be guiding us through some easy, nutritious meals to cook at home when you?re busy with baby ? which you?ll get to sit down and eat afterwards.

There?ll be a goody bag and babysitters at the event if you need to bring your little one along.

When: Friday 16th sept 11am - 2pm

Where: Victor's lab, Bussey Building

Early bird tickets ?35, full price ?40

    • Thanks ianr. Does everyone get the same Covid vaccine? Re your other things, I don't think the NHS records  are very joined up in various respects, despite (or because of?) the various NHS and GP apps. If you are in the vulnerable group for flu, and also for Covid, is there any reason why you are choosing to have one jab but not the other? Your choice of course, but as I understand it, both flu and Covid are expected to be very prevalent (can't think of the right word) in the UK this Winter?
    • So what you are saying is that shops encourage shoplifting as it is good for their business?  Rather a curious view. However.... for every stolen good there has to be a market, whether from a shop, burgled house, stolen bike so those buying knock off goods are guilty too.  As you infer. And one size doesn't fit all, petty shop lifting, kids being naughty, those desperate due to poverty - including addicts both to illegal substances and 'legal' including gambling, and those making a business out of it are very different.
