Jb impress laundry

I have used Jb impress laundry service the last two weeks as my washing machine is broken

I noticed that a couple of items did not come back. They denied point blank it was their fault , telling me to check in my house. Then when I told them I had done so already they told me it wasn't possibly them and I must have left somewhere else

Attitude tints. Avoid. Zero customer service

We've used them regularly for years and have been very happy with their service. On the rare occasion where there has been a mix up they have sorted it out immediately and delivered said items the following day.
