Room wanted for quiet creative and writer

Am a creative type and theatre worker looking for a quiet house and neighbourhood to live in Herne Hill, Brixton, Streatham or ED/ Peckham area etc.

?500 incl. is my budget.

In my 30s, quiet (I do a lot of writing) loves pets, running, walking, almost vegan but doesn't demand that of others. Like to socialise but I have a very busy life also!

Looking for a fairly well sized room please.

No attic rooms unless they are big!

Not looking for a party house but one where everyone respects everyone else and their space and cleans up after themselves etc. All the usual.

Looking to move mid to late September but willing to think about anything earlier if it suits.

Seems ED might be one of them ☹️
