We have a large furnished 3 bed Victorian terraced house with small garden available for 4 months from the 22nd Sept onwards.

All bills will be included - utilities, council tax, TV license, full sky package inc movies + sports and wi-fi, etc.

The house is in a quiet, tree lined street next to Queen's Road Peckham train station with fast links London; 6mins to London Bridge, 15mins to Clapham Junction, 17mins to Shoreditch + 24mins to Dalston. The house perfectly located within walking distance of Nunhead VIllage & Peckham. Lordship land is just a 10min drive. Right on your doorstep is an artisanal pizza place called Mamma Dough, the yummy Blackbird Bakery caf?, local craft pub Beer Rebellion and Tesco + Sainsbury's for all your shopping needs. Plus a new cocktail bar is also opening up right by the station too.

If you?re interested then PM me or text and I can provide more information. We?re currently renovating all the bedrooms.

Many thanks

Hi

We are a couple plus two children in their early twenties and we are looking for somewhere to live while our house is extended. We need to be out of our house from about 22 September until middle of January so it sounds really good. Our other main criteria is to be on the train line to London Bridge and North Dulwich so your house sounds ideal.

Please could you let me know how much you are charging and if it is still available we would love to come and look.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Anna

    • Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken. Please get in touch if you’re interested or know someone who might be. Thank you!

    • Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
