Boiler person recommendation wanted please

Can anyone recommend a boiler specialist other than John Powers?

I don't have anything against John at all - he has already been over and given me his opinion on what is probably causing the problem with our boiler (dodgy installation by dodgy builders which means it will need to be completely removed and reinstalled). However, he was not 100% and I would like to get a second opinion first.
