charleroi
Hi! As I am interested in moving to East Dulwich, could anyone tell me the roads which are the worst for car cut throughs during rush hours, specifically the more "residential" roads, not the main ones like Lordship Lane, Barry Road, East Dulwich Road and the like? Penguin68
Underhill Road into Whateley Road takes out a whole loop of Lordship Lane and is a good connect into Barry (and hence the Rye) and Crystal Palace Roads. 10 years ago (perhaps longer) it became a bus route - previously just a residential street. Local drivers all seem to know this. DonGee
I think most if not all of the roads leading off of Lordship lane are the used to cut through. Lost Yorkshire Man
People try to cut through The Gardens, get lost, go round in circles and get very frustrated after taking more time than it would have done to go the 'long way' round!!
