I have one and used it since birth. I think it cost ?110 and I would say that you could probably spend less because the screen is not absolutely necessary but I have spent many happy hours staring at my baby asleep whilst in the room next to him. I live in a flat so even less reason to have one! It does give you a lot of comfort in the early days when you are worried about them all of the time, but more seasoned mums would probably say it is not necessary. Buy one if you can afford it cos it is really lovely watching them and it is additional comfort, oh yes it also has a thermometer as well. You can always sell it later on this forum which I do with most of my stuff, baby stuff usually sells for about a third of the cost.

    • I am the original person who posted this post ! I said a pedestrian crossing as in where people cross at the coop  I should have said Lordship lane ( my mistake ) !
    • I think it's in a pretty dangerous position, so amazed the Police or parking authorities haven't removed it. It's illegal to park on the zigzag markings by a crossing and for very good reasons, so actually being in the middle of the crossing is far worse...
