Constant home made surveys are driving me mad.

How long is a piece of string?

(a) Short

(b) long

I worked with some market research companies years ago. Fascinating. Focus groups, dry runs, so that the final product asked meaningful questions, that were precise, and we could analyse the data.

Now a couple of times a month I am asked to fill in an evaluation or 'how do I feel today' diy survey. The latest was why we are not having good converastions. About what? Who with? banter or work???
