I'd also like to recommend Maurice. My washing machine started to leak and I figured it was related to old drainage problems in the kitchen. Maurice turned up quickly and fixed the problem with the pipe-work efficiently, and for a reasonable price. He seems to have an intelligent way of analysing and sorting problems.
