Wondering if someone could provide me with some advice. Lewisham Council are trying to charge me for a bill back from 2005 I only brought the property in 2006 they then say there is another bill from 2010 which mounts up to nearly 5,000 for external works. Wondering if you can advice?

when you bought the property the solicitors should have covered off if there were any outstanding leaseholders costs.


If they did - and they weren't identified you would have a point. Follow up with lease-advice.org


If they did and they were known - that 's different as you would haev known you were taking on the debt.


The lease advice website is really useful. Shelter can also advise - or point you in the right direction

      I’m currently conducting exploratory research into menstrual health education in UK secondary schools and would really value the insight of PSHE leads, Heads of Year, or pastoral staff.    The research aims to understand:   How the menstrual cycle is currently taught within the RSHE framework Where schools feel confident — and where there may be gaps Whether students are taught and  asking questions around the full menstrual cycle, symptoms, wellbeing and conditions such as PMS/PMDD or endometriosis How schools support students in feeling empowered to understand their bodies and seek help appropriately Whether education around nutrition, lifestyle, and menstrual wellbeing is currently addressed   The long-term goal is to explore whether there is a need for additional, age-appropriate, medically informed support on the menstrual cycle.  I’m not selling a programme and there is no obligation beyond a 30 minute informal chat online (Unpaid). All conversations will be confidential and used only to inform the research.
