Wanted: 1 bed flat (max 1400) with moto parking near green space

Hi, my boyfriend and I currently live in East Dulwich and are looking to stay in this general area (peckham, nunhead, east duwich). We would ideally like somewhere with off street parking suitable for a motorcycle and an outdoor area (or near to a park). Our max budget is ?1400.
