A recommendadtion for Toby who is very pleasant, reliable, capable and helpful. I was having a new washing machine delivered at very short notice and he got the old one out from quite a high position in my outside laundry room. He then got the replacement machine into the same place as well as making sure it was working before he left. He came on time and his charges are very reasonable. If you need any general help Toby is the man for the job.

      Understood; I see the thread title has been changed a few times. Do we know if a pedestrian was definitely involved? I also hope no person was injured. As for driverless cars, I think Waymo are due to launch in London this September. It may improve speeding and other results due to driver behaviour, not sure what impact these may have on congestion though.
