Restitching needed on a leather jacket

I have a leather jacket with a small "tear" (roughly 2 inches long) in the stitching at the seam where the sleeve the meets the shoulder. I put inverted commas because the leather itself is intact, but the threads in the stitching have frayed through and disintegrated. Attached pics to show what I mean. Does anyone know of anywhere locally where I could get this fixed, and if so, what sort of cost I'd be looking at?

    • I know I should, but I don't. I carry one with me and put it on if someone is coughing and sneezing on the bus (or if I am). Problem is it's a bit disgusting wearing one  if you've got a cold.

Krystal give me a little card with the vaccination details on it, and don't require any preliminary form-filling either.  DL provided no record.
