New kitchen, builder disappeared - recommendations please

We are pretty much ready to go on fitting a new kitchen - plans in place, Howdens have reserved the materials, but our builder has let us down.

Any recommendations on whom we might ask for estimates in the circumstances? There would be a bit of plumbing work to do as we will be moving the boiler, but no great rebuilding

I used these guys for a small job a couple of years ago, but was very impressed with the service level from them - particularly John, the owner, who was diplomat in dealing with unfortunate neighbours.
