A friend of mine is new to the area - her daughter is in year 2 at DVIS and she has free time during the day and some evenings if anyone need some regular or ad hoc babysitting.

  Do you mean The Dream Machine? Used to sell vinyl and musicians used to go there and play? Don't know about the hifi repair! If that's what you are thinking of, I can put you in touch with the guy who used to run it if you PM me.
