It might be considered "common sense" but not everyone has been taught exactly what to look out for. I have visited a customer recently who has been conned by builders/decorators who came from a reputable website and she didn't know what exactly to look out for and unfortunately there are people who still go through bad experiences and I'll do what I can to help others to prevent that.

    • We found them useless. Their sales person was too busy selling their friend's fitting services so we went to Potter Perrin. And used them 3 times since. Will never go to Bells.
