recommendation for a builder

hello

sorry I know there are a few recommendations already but I am looking for someone who could recommend on maximizing space such as removing chimney breasts and possibly making fitted cupboards, also extending the kitchen into the garden so quite technical work really. I don't know if it is better to get an architect or a structural engineer involved? thanks

Hi there

I am a local architect based in East Dulwich. By the sound of your project you will require both an architect and structural engineer if you are extending and removing/adding structure. I have contacts for contractors and structural engineers should you require.

If you would like me to visit your property and discuss your project my email address is:

    • I know I should, but I don't. I carry one with me and put it on if someone is coughing and sneezing on the bus (or if I am). Problem is it's a bit disgusting wearing one  if you've got a cold.

    • I've just checked my NHS record online.  Gruelling process, but eventually found last week's immunisation records under Acute (short-term) medicines, after having looked at my Immunisations section and been told that the information was not there but was available from my GP's record.  Anyway, my Covid vaccination at Day Lewis TJHC pharmacy last week was a Pfizer one. Krystal give me a little card with the vaccination details on it, and don't require any preliminary form-filling either.  DL provided no record.
