Airbnb agent in East Dulwich

I am looking for a reliable person able to open the door of my flat in East Dulwich for new Airbnb visitors, to organise the cleaning when they leave (I have a cleaner if necessary) and to generally supervise the comings and goings. Thank for that - but it seems impossible to contact them except through Facebook (which I do not want to join just for this). Do you have any other contact details fro them.
