social cycle ride Saturday September 17th

I couldn't honestly say that the weather forecast for Saturday is sunny but "overcast rather than wet" would be a fair summary. There's an early 9.30am start from outside Canada Water Tube station (SE16 7AR) returning for 1pm.

The ride includes bits of the Bike Train route so this is an opportunity to take a look at it on a Saturday morning. It's a circuit from Canada Water around and across London visiting Regents Park and Hyde Park and running past Green Park and St James Park.

The route passes the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament. All the tourist sights. It includes stretches of the East/West and North/South Superhighways and Quietway 1.
