Hello,

My name is Samantha. I live in East Dulwich and am currently looking for a new family to work with. I have been working with a family for 15 months but unfortunately they are moving overseas. I am looking for 2/3 days a week and very flexible on days and hours.

In my previous position I had sole responsibility for a little boy from 3 months. I developed an excellent relationship with him, providing fun activities. His parents were very comfortable leaving him in my care. I can attach a reference from his mother.

I am a very capable cook and would prepare meals to your child's preferences. I cook healthy, nutritious meals from scratch. For babies I can prepare pur?ed fresh foods moving on to appropriate solids when ready. I could batch cook and freeze if required. I can cook whatever your requirements are.

I enjoy going to the local parks to feed the ducks and play in the park and attending local playgroups where we would join in activities and interact and socialise with other children. I also enjoy visiting Crystal Palace Park and Farm and Hornimans Museum among other places.

I have a very gentle and warm caring approach to children and have a fun, bubbly personality, I have a daughter of my own who is 3 years old so I have a wealth of experience with babies/children.

I am available for an immediate start.

Kind regards

Samantha

Hello! We're looking for a part time nanny, Mondays and Tuesdays 2pm-7pm and Thursdays 6pm-8pm. Would you be interested? It would be to look after our darling Freya (she's 1 in December) from December 1st and we live up on the hill between Forest Hill and Honor Oak Park stations.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    • This is where I sit too. A two day event is bearable. Three tests my tolerance. Finding the right balance on size, noise and impact is where I contribute to the consultation process. BUT, as I wrote elsewhere, every year the GALA organisers ask/ push for more, and deals have already been done with the council before it gets to public consultation stage. It is also worth pointing out that when a licence was first granted, the orgnaisation was different (We Are the Fair), one of the company directors lived literally next to the park (she left when it became GALA) and the current form bears no resemblance to original ethos/ vision sold to the council and licensing committee. This needs to be pointed out and I am fairly confident local councillors would also support a pushback on any further expansion. We have local elections next year, so councillors ears will be open.
    • Niko was really great. He fixed my blocked shower very quickly, was great at communicating and a lovely guy to talk to. And he doesn't charge the earth!
    • Not really sure why SE22 is getting upset about Brockwell Park.  I expect more people around here attend the festivals than are inconvenienced by it.  But it supports my view that many like to complain even when not directly affected. Football grounds move.  Attendances change.  Demographic too,not old blokes in flat caps or boys in short trousers with rattles.  Arsenal attendances at the Emirates are over twice what they were in the late 80s at Highbury.  Much more disruption in N1 nowadays.  DHFC tripples what they were 15 years ago, but good news is much quieter than the past.
    • The School doesn't have any supplementary forms as of admissions from September 2025. So anyone can go now, it's a nice school!
