FS lovely dolls crib - Christmas present? Cot bedding, toddler slippers

Updated thread as most items sold but dolls crib sill needs new home.....plus bits listed here.....


I am based in Nunhead, but often in Lordship Lane/Barry Road part of East Dulwich so can also deliver if that helps.

Give me a shout.


Wooden rocking Dolls Crib, with bedding, valence etc. Every little girls dream!

This came from an antique shop in Derbyshire & the bedding was made by my mum. It's totally unique

With mattress, pillow, sheet, duvet & frilled canopy.

Lovely soft brushed cotton pink spotty cot fitted sheet and cot pillow case.

Gorgeous baby slippers made by my mum!!!

Two pairs selling for ?5 each

They are a different colour on the outside to the inside, have a bobble on the toe, ankle cuff

to keep them on, very sweet for a toddler on winter nights. They include pink wool.

    • Typically the way 'family run businesses' operate is either to have family members continue the business, or to sell on, either as a site (in this instance) or as a going concern. Either which way this is the way the owners create a 'pension' from the business. The number of suggestions as to alternatives makes me feel that the market for small repairing garages locally may be well served, so selling on the site makes the best financial sense for the owners. It's a sign not of the times but of normal business realities. 
    • I agree it's a shame, but it is not a "sign of the times", unless you think that up to now people have never grown older and retired!
