Garden Playhouse for Sale SE15

Recommended Posts

Childs Playhouse for Sale. It's been painted with weather proof paint and is in great condition. It is 4 years old so does show wear and tear inside mostly. Structurally sound and all no damage outside.

The floor just as you walk in needs fixing but it's only a very small area and my husband has patched it but can look at it further when it is dismantled.

It has been painted pink and cream inside with glitter window ledges, all windows are Perspex so really safe and the door has a lock on the front.

The ceiling needs re painting as its showing areas of mould in the corner and it would benefit from new floor tiles. The roof is felt and its in perfect condition still and the house is water tight.

Overall it's in great condition and only requires a little tlc to get it perfect again. It would make a wonderful addition to your garden. It is approx 5ft by 5ft and made of real wood.

Selling as our children are older now and no longer use it.

We are happy to dismantle and help you load to your vehicle. You will need a van or a car with a roof rack to transport it.

We paid ?699 for it and asking for ?100 ono because it requires some work.

Any questions please feel free to ask

    • Large supermarkets, the big shop, not relying on mum getting the bus into town, longer opening hours, end of price controls and other restrictions.  All affected the high street well before the internet.   Rye Lane is still pretty buzzy.  Loads of independent shops.  Modern life is not always rubbish
    • Don't know about Lordship Lane, but Rye Lane 50 years ago would be four deep on the pavement on a Saturday, not no more then.  Amazon and the supermarket home delivery services have one heck of a lot to answer for. Stop using them, get back to the shops before the choice becomes so limited. In fact, do one thing, ditch using Amazon.
    • Adding a recommendation for Andy, who just did a job for us hanging heavy mirrors and pictures in our house. He gave a clear and fair price, works very tidily, made sure that I was happy with the work and placement of the pictures and is very pleasant to have around.
    • In what sense? Be more specific  (and I have worked in retail and hospitality)  nothing I said is in any way anti-retail as far as I can see  Out of interest and for comparison, which country do you think gets it right to a significant degree?
