Small Ramp for Baby Proofing - Where to Buy

We need to baby proof our house and have a small step in the kitchen. Would anyone know where we can buy a ramp for that?

I've never seen anything like that. Maybe just get a handyman to build one for you?

But if it's just one small step, it seems like overkill to me. Babies and toddler are not lemmings! If the floor is very hard, could you just put a soft mat at the bottom?
