Help, need a car tyre changed or replaced by roadside, SE23

Hi, I managed to shred one of my car tyres while driving yesterday and had to pull off the road. Rather incompetently, I don't know the state of my spare tyre so was thinking of just buying a new tyre anyway. Is there such a thing as a mobile tyre company who will come out and change a tyre by the road? I am not near the car at the moment (live in SE22) would take me about 20/25 minutes to walk up there. Any other ideas? Thanks.
