The congestion charge extension to the west, is being considered for removal.

This form asks your opinion. it also asks your opinion on other aspects to the congestion charge,

A point I made was that it is ridiculous to call it the congestion charge if you allow cars in for free that happen to be so-called clean air cars, or hybrids. Many hybrids are seen using their petrol engines. And if all cars turned to battery power there would be even more congestion as they buzzed around for free.

Anyway, even though I as a motorcyclist am exempt I still care for the person who has to use their car and pay this extra tax, so I filled it out.

Yes he has committed and TfL are not happy with him for it.
