Babysitter available!

Hello I'm Whitney.

I just moved to London from Paris a month ago and I am currently looking for a childcare position in the neighborhood. In Paris I worked as a full time Au Pair taking care of three children, but I am originally from New York City. I am extremely patient, kind, fun, responsible and flexible. I am also currently completing my postgrad degree at Goldsmiths University but my schedule is pretty free.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Please feel free to contact me through this thread or through my personal phone number (07450676697)

Best,

Whitney :)

Hi WHitney

welcome to London. Where are you based? What sort of hours are you available for?

I'm looking for someone who can help with nursery pick-up at 4pm Mondays and Tuesdays until about 5.30pm. My two children 2+ and 3.5 yrs old recently starting nursery at Blossoms which is Dunstans grove. If this is of further interest to you, then let me know and we can chat more on the phone about it.

Thanks

Henrietta

Hi Whitney. You've probably been snapped up by now but I am looking for someone to collect my youngest son (8) from a Dulwich primary school & take him back to my home in Sydenham, prepare dinner & put him to bed. I also have 2 well behaved teens & 2 cats ! I return by 8 00 if not before. It would be every Thursday (possibly term time only). Call me if you are interested 07580421852.

Best wishes

Rachel.

    • Hi  I really thought I'd seen a more recent post on the forum about home education meet ups. I can't find it though. • Thanks for your reply. I’ve subscribed to Ancestry a few times in the past but felt I wasn’t using it enough to warrant keeping up the subscription.
    • Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
    • Was anyone else disturbed last night/early hours this morning by the party going on in someone’s garden on Crystal Palace road. Can’t see what house exactly but it’s around number 43 - 41… it was happening quite frequently last year. Seems it’s starting again! Very inconsiderate.
