I would like to recommend an excellent cleaner. Christina and her husband do a lovely job, offer a very reasonable rate and have good flexibility with their working hours. I have found Christina to be friendly, polite and easy to communicate with.

  House sale was completed yesterday. Yes we were 'gazundered' by £75,000. Able to look the buyer in the eye when he came to collect the keys. He clearly didn't want to discuss any further, But I expressed my view to him that whilst what he did was not illegal it was immoral. What else can we do?? Apart from a law change
