Stray/lost ginger and white cat

Is anyone missing this cat? Pictures attached. He has been hanging around our garden for a while now, has no collar and has not been neutered, but is very friendly. Please PM me if he is yours.

If you can get him to Celia hammonds they will scan him, sounds like he needs neutering as well and if owner can't be traced, Celia hammonds would neuter him too. Good luck,he's a handsome cat.
