Yet another recommendation for Casper the handyman. He recently completed some odd jobs around our house including installing curtain rails and hanging pictures. He offered practical solutions to the issues that arose, was efficient and communicative. Very reasonable rates. We’ll be using his services again and have recommended to family & friends. -

The seller hasn't been named on here, and it isn't clear that it was a genuine misunderstanding, given the contents of the OP. Maybe it should be left as a warning to others to try things out before you take them home. Or indeed before you sell them. If something seems wrong, it probably is. It shouldn't have taken a public post to resolve things . Also, if the laptop actually belongs to a company, it wasn't the seller's to sell, regardless of how he obtained it. -
Hopefully admin will remove this thread in the good spirit of genuine misunderstanding
