Wedding venues in the area for ?3000 (not inc. vat)?

I was wondering if anyone had come across any wedding venues in the area for around ?3000 (not. incl. Vat). Looking to have 100 people for dinner and invite another 30/40 for dancing. It will be next Spring. Any advice appreciated. Many thanks!

How much is the Conservatory at the Horniman ..I always thought that would be quite beautiful location for a wedding
