I am launching my new postnatal courses for new mums.I have designed the 2 week course for mums with babies aged 2 -10 weeks as a chance to learn about your new baby,meet other mums, and share your experiences as a new mum.

The course covers:

Understanding your babies cries and cues

Feeding - breast, bottle or both - I cover it all

Understanding newborn sleep

Birth - share your story

Ask questions in a relaxed, non judgemental space

& More
