If anyone is looking for a local building company beware. Dickens gave us a very professional quote and initial contact was positive. Unfortunately however, the project manager, Jamie Boyce was extremely disappointing. We were promised a full house clean on completion of the job; this never happened. Additionally we had a number of problems which it took us 6 months and the threat of legal action to resolve. Particularly disappointing was that when we contacted Charlie Dickens, presumably the MD of the company, he never returned our calls. The website of the company is http://www.dickensllp.co.uk/.
