Cleaning company recommendations - regular weekly clean

Does anyone have any recommendations for a cleaning company? This is for a 2 hour clean every Friday.

My cleaner has not turned up last minute one too many times. Am thinking a cleaner through a Company might be better so a replacement can be sent if need be.
