I contacted Robert (based on the recommendation here) when my laptop failed. He was very responsive and juggled his plans to keep the shop open for me to bring the laptop in. He diagnosed the problem and suggested some solutions, and was very helpful in advising which solution to go for (replacement hard drive). He then replaced the hard drive there and then, so I left with the laptop working again. So far (two weeks later), so good! Much appreciated!
