I have a winged armchair bought second-hand but has been a prominent fixture for a few years. It probably needs re-upholstering as the fabric is a bit faded and one arm is torn but the chair itself is in good condition would like ?10 for it. Tried uploading the picture but it keeps failing so I can email it. We're in SE24.

  Agree with Sephiroth - It's when investors take over and it becomes almost exclusively about maximising margins and having a offer that is easily reproduceable at scale. In other words, when the accountants are in charge rather than the creatives.

  TBF, the council has tackled graffiti on Walworth, Old and New Kent Roads - you can see that many businesses there have been cleaned up en masse - but Rye Lane hasn’t.
