Looking for a 2 bed garden flat Jan/Feb

Jumping the gun a little, but our rent is up at the start of 2017 and we're looking for a ground floor garden flat for our little family.

We're currently renting in East Dulwich and would love to stay in this area/Peckham or Nunhead. Ground floor is a necessity as we have a baby, but other than that we are open to any suggestions. Please do PM me if you have something you think is appropriate!

I thought I would get in touch in case you are still looking. We have a 2 bed garden flat which will be available at the start of January 2017. The flat has a garage. It is a small 1970's block on Grove Park (SE5 8LS) in Camberwell next to Lettsom Gardens which is a community gardens. The rent will be ?1550 pcm.
