I'm selling a single guest bed with pull out single bed (bed frames and mattress included). Everything is in excellent condition as the frame and mattress were bought two years ago and used about 2-3 times; only selling it as I inherited a double bed for the guest room now.

Original price for bed frame and mattresses was ?250. It'd be happy to give it away for ?90.
