I rent 2 bed and 2 living rooms with 2 bathrooms for a grand

(Just to say that if I turned it into a shared accommodation and if I rented rooms out separately on that kind of money I'd make more than double !!

Southeast electric I'd love to know where you get all that space for a grand. Where I live a studio flat would be around ?1100pcm 1 bed 1200/1300 and if I wanted 2 beds 2 sitting rooms and 2 bathrooms I expect to pay 2000. Not that's it's any of your business what rent I charge
