Police presence in dulwich village and gallery road closure?

Noticed quite a heavy Police presence in dulwich village and gallery road closure this morning....just wondering if anyone knows what's happened?

There's a war memorial in the College Chapel at the bottom - some sort of Remembrance parade using Gallery Road perhaps?

Gallery Road closed due to water leak resulting in SE5,15,21,22,23,24 residents having no water - which should be bak on in what must now be 45-75minutes.

Police may have attended if someone reporting it as blocked road...

Someone was spotted not wearing a pashmina. Police escorted them to Jigsaw and calm was returned to the Village.
