Interior Designer - available by the hour

Recommended Posts

Hi there, I?ve worked for large international companies designing interiors for many luxury hotel and residential projects. I?ve just finished a role working on a five star hotel in Malta and, rather than rush back to a similar role, I?ve decided to take a breath.

I want to offer my experience in interiors to local people. I have designed many properties for foreign investors ? beautiful properties (if I don?t say so myself ;-)) that are often only used for a few weeks of the year. I would rather help people create beautiful spaces for their homes, their families, their businesses ? ones that will be lived in and appreciated.

I?m sure there are many people out there that like the idea of working with an interior designer but feel it may be unaffordable. I want to offer a service that is not only available for larger projects but also those that just want a bit of help getting started, deciding on a direction, a style ? or even just choosing those darn paint colours. I know there are a lot of you out there!

...So I have started my new company Interior Imprint and this is the offer-

An hourly rate for my service is ?50 per hour (any further hour would be charged at ?45).

Feel free to indulge in even just an hour?s service. For the same price as a haircut or a beauty treatment why wouldn?t you?

...I also have gift vouchers available that would make a great Christmas present.

Images of my work are shown on my website - and a few are attached here (the images are much clearer on the website as they had to be reduced in size to be able to meet the available file size on the forum)

Please note I?ve also just completed my own extension in East Dulwich.

    • Also has a free film afternoon once a month… shows a range of films.. Free as well. On first floor. Not great toilets but still.. Staff are all very helpful. Have lessons one to one if you need help on most computer issues. Can borrow iPad as well on site - ground floor. Extremely well stocked library with some new titles as well.
    • Just a short silly one among more prosaic or gloomy posts: libraries are brilliant and we are lucky to have them! I popped into Dulwich Library this afternoon. It was pretty busy and I'd guess there were probably 40-50 people in, plus however many in the kids' section. All sorts of people were borrowing books, getting their blood pressure checked on the machine, printing documents, using computers, getting out the house and off the street, reading the papers and reference books, whatever. Oldies, kids, students and everyone in between. At exam time, it's a safe space rammed with kids studying. It's an elegant building, the staff always seem to be doing their best despite the obvious money challenges, it's open late most days, and all for £0 at point of use. We are all very lucky to have access to Dulwich Library and the other libraries! 👏👏👏
