Flat Roofing Advice

Hello,

I need to find a recommendation for a roofer - we have a small decked balcony that is leaking into the bedroom underneath. I know there are a lot of different options for replacing a flat roof - does anyone have an advice they can offer? Also, can anyone recommend a roofer/specialist who might be able to help me?
