Volunteering in East Dulwich / St Christoper's

Can anyone tell me where I could find a directory of voluntary work in East Dulwich?

I am interested in Patient and Family volunteers at St Christopher's Hospice - does anyone have any experience of this?

Why not just contact the Hospice directly - several friends and family have done this in the past.

The volunteer bureaux based in Peckham can give you details of agencies/charities in ED.

Link Age based in Jarvis Road are always seeking volunteers and so are the Red Cross based in Kings who need people to visit people leaving hospital;

By the way, my experience of arranging for a friend's daughter to volunteer in a St Christopher's shops was that they weren't great at getting back to me, (but I expect that their office may be staffed by volunteers too) but once the arrangement was set up, she had a good time working there for a few weeks, and I hope she was useful to them.
