We had a 'problem' cat at our old place. Lion poo/zoo poo only worked for a short while. We found that once we put bark chippings on the garden - which was just a mulch, not specifically to deter the cat - that the cat cleared off. With the vegetable patch, we had to use twigs and bamboo canes in between the plants. If they can't squat, they can't go!

Good luck!

no cat sh1t for 2 days since i tipped a potty full of p*ss over the flowerbeds.

Moth balls dont work.

black pepper didnt work

plastic bottles didnt work

I'm currently winning the battle but I think the cat has made only a tactical but temporary retreat.

I do scare the cat off whenever i see it but it does its business in the middle of the night so i've not been able to square up to it whilst committing the act!

    • Hi- we just had Paul round to wire in an outdoor external light, and he was friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. I texted him yesterday and he found a space for me this morning. His number is 07802 627967.
    • Niko came by to help us out with a string of issues and as ever was an absolute gem. Generous with his knowledge, thoughtful, full of patience and easily contactable.  Continue to recommend him to any local friends in need of some help, questions with their plumbing. Thanks Niko !! • There was a big burst of fireworks at about 9.30pm last night as well.  Very visible and audible in the Forest Hill area.
    • One problem is that companies like the Big A, say arriving "Sunday" so you plan your week and without warming, normally when you are out, a few days before you get a notification saying "out for deluvery"  You can't plan for that and often get home to find the package abandoned on your door or left elsewhere with no clue where.  Maybe it is a sign that we should all return to shopping locally 😆
