FANTASTIC 3 bed home with 120FOOT GARDEN next to the HORNIMAN GARDENS in one of the most sought-after roads in Forest Hill.

Set behind the Horniman Gardens and a stone?s throw from the ever-popular HORNIMAN SCHOOL ? - this stunning house is a must-see. It?s set in a unique location - feeling truly secluded ? and would be ideal for a family.

Behind the house is the Horniman Gardens and Nature Trail ? with award-winning museum and popular farmer?s market every Saturday.

Completely REFURBISHED ? the house has 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, a large OPEN-PLAN kitchen-diner and living room with open FIREPLACE, separate laundry area and downstairs toilet.

The garden is HUGE ? with a raised DECK AREA for outside dining ? surrounded by lovely trees and shrubs.

Happy to accommodate a family wishing to move in before the 15th January Lewisham primary school admissions deadline. Horniman is an unusually small school (only 231 pupils) ? rated GOOD by Osted with a new dynamic headteacher and a close-knit community where everyone knows everyone.

7mins walks to Forest Hill Station with direct services to London Bridge (12mins) and Canada Water for the Jubilee Line and Canary Wharf (12mins) and Shoreditch (20mins).

?2150pm (+ ?2150 deposit) Can send some photos if you are interested. This is our home, we are renting this ourselves as we are moving abroad. Thanks

    • Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken. Please get in touch if you’re interested or know someone who might be. Thank you!

    • Thanks for your reply. I’ve subscribed to Ancestry a few times in the past but felt I wasn’t using it enough to warrant keeping up the subscription.
    • Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
